The Guild has several events that happen regularly and annually. While the regular events mostly happen in GONDP Dance Forums, through the members. We organize inclusive events for Dancers , Artists and Communities. We commemorate certain International Days when we join the World to advocate, sensitize and reach out to and for the cause of the peculiar group of persons
To mention a few, these events include;

PROGRAMMES
GONDP LAGOS engages in several programmes by the Guild or by dance companies recognised and / or registered under the Guild, which programmes are aimed at boosting dance practices and supporting dance practitioners in Lagos State.
GONDP LAGOS ANNUAL PROGRAMMES INCLUDE;
- World Dance Day (29th April).
- The Lagos Dance Summit (June).
- The Lagos Dance Festival (September).
- The Lagos Dance Festival (December).
LOCAL COMMUNITIES
GONDP LAGOS started an initiative in 2017, under the UGONWA D. OBIAYO, ESQ administration, which was designed to allow the Guild establish itself in the local communities within Lagos State. The objectives were to;
- Make the Guild accessible to all dance Practitioners in Lagos.
- Help the Guild establish direct connections with dancers.
- Create enabling environments for dancers to practice dance freely.
- Establish cordial relations between itself and local authorities in these communities.
- Build each community through artiste engagements.
- Create affinities, loyalty and respect among dance professionals and towards the Guild.
- Celebrate local dance legends, thereby giving them the opportunity to shine brightly.
